Welcome to our website of the Coachella Valley Chapter of ICC. The Coachella Valley is a desert valley in the Colorado Desert of Southern California, known for its agricultural and resort industries. It's located in Riverside County and stretches for about 45 miles, bordered by mountains on the north and west. The valley includes several cities, including Coachella Valley- Palm Springs, Palm Desert and Coachella. The Chapter and its membership are active in leading the effort to create uniformity of building codes and regulations in the region as well as addressing policy issues of interest to building officials and the construction industry.  The tradition of this Chapter is providing its members with the highest in quality education, code application and building department information.
